I'm not impressed at all with Richard. A friend of mine hired him months ago. He's incarcerated, and Richard has not even seen him. My friend is completely at his mercy. Has no idea what's going to happen at his next hearing. It's very upsetting.

Our first contact with Mr. Dudek was on short notice and on his day off.
