Wow! I don’t think I have ever had such an issue with a company as bad as I’ve had. I can understand billing for the times where my case was being worked on but when I got sent my final bill there was a big discrepancy of $1,470.00 that was completely wiped away from my credit balance. I’ve reached out to both Olga and Rebecca for a resolution which I have yet to receive and have been waiting for a response for two months now. It’s disheartening to think that a lawyer of her caliber is trying to stretch out and weasel every penny possible from someone who acted in good faith to hire her for her services but nonetheless with a sour taste in my mouth I will have to take the next appropriate steps considering they have not bothered to address my concerns. Stay far away from this practice!

Fired and still billing after Withdrawal of Counsel. I paid $2500 for a petition of divorce. ONE piece of work done, and the rest is a padded bill. I fired her immediately after seeing the padded billing in JUNE and she STILL bills me in OCTOBER out of poor ethic. After the withdrawal of counsel was signed by the judge in June, the lawyer and paralegal reviewed and billed for those hours. All completed and done in June. That left me with a balance of almost $500. In bad taste, October comes around and I get another padded bill to assure I don’t get a refund. I paid for the service to withdraw counsel and paid for work up until the judge signs the document and the meeting for the paralegal and lawyer to confirm that indeed it was completed. Therefore giving no reason to meet for my case in July, August, September, since she no longer represents me from the moment that document is signed, which is why I didn’t receive an invoice for those months. Making this October invoice unethical and simply done to avoid refunded funds. I’m currently seeking the other clients that were also billed after the withdrawal of counsel to join my complaint to the Board. In all transparency, billing is proof. See for yourself and hire someone worth your time and money. Other lawyers warned me about her and I didn’t listen, I hope you do!
