I found David of Masci & Masci as a referral from another Father who required family legal services focused on child custody. We walk into these situations with heavy fears and concerns on how to properly present our children's best interests. David has guided me through a case that has extended on for years. I would highly recommend David Masci... In October of last year I reached hoping to only need David to file with the courts and review our final agreement after going through medication which we beginning in early December. Unfortunately, mediation did not work. In February, my soon to be ex-husband broke into my home in the middle of night after drinking. A restraining order was put in place, and since then David Masci has been my right hand.. We had to fight for custody, restraining order, supervised visits and on every front David was prepared, he knew my case inside and out.. He was invested in me. He was always available and extremely professional.. We have had multiple court appearances, not to mention a 2 day trial. At every court appearance we have come out on top. My case has not been easy, my ex has gone through 3 attorneys causing more than one extension. Going through a divorce is an extremely emotional and painful experience, and you NEED someone you can trust to represent you. I trust David completely, I couldn't imagine not having him as my lawyer over last 12 months.. We are not done yet, but we are close. And I know that whatever comes our way, he will be ready for it. :-)

My experience with David was far worse than I could have ever expected or imagined ... and shockingly unprofessional. My ex-wife and I hired David as a mediator for the straightforward task of running a year-end TrueUp using a child support calculation framework that was already in place. We spent thousand and months of wasted time with David before he excused himself from working with us stating recognition of his inability to act as a neutral mediator. He left my ex-wife and I high-and-dry with conflict where none had previously existed and a bunch of error-filled, unusable Dissomaster scenarios. From the outset, David struggled with the simple scope of acting as a 3rd party to capture updated inputs for re-running the Dissomaster and determining TrueUp results. David brought new controversy and conflict around terms of our child support calculation established in our Divorce Agreement many years ago. To salvage the opportunity for agreement to a TrueUp result, I requested David to run a proposed Dissomaster scenario with a couple specific input changes. David proceeded to lead me through iteration after iteration of my request with me identifying some kind of unrequested change that each time nullified the intent of my proposal. After the 4th failed attempt, it became shockingly clear that David wasn't going to provide the requested scenario. After finally reaching out to his office partner about this seemingly hopeless effort, my ex-wife and I received an email from David acknowledging that he was unable to act as a neutral mediator and would no longer work with us. I've worked with attorneys and mediators before and never encountered anything close to the awful experience had with David Masci.
