For a simple divorce case, she charged me more than 15,000 because when she saw that I had to sell the house, she continued charging like crazy and even 4 years later she even put me in collections because she says that I still owe her almost 2,000. She is the worst lawyer you can get and in my case it seemed like she was against me. She didn't get me anything she promised and all she did was fill out papers, a total fraud. You can write whatever you want, that's what happened whether you like it or not, because you didn't do anything to fix anything.

The claims of blatantly lying in her frivolous filings are very real. She invokes legal procedure not to settle your case, but to put money in her pocket. Both me and X both spent 100k on nothing. All she does is fight and not follow the law. She manipulated my attorney several times. LIke demanding cash out 401k and split it. Did it, then told court I violated a court order and had to replay it. Took the position my X was not responsible for half of the capital gains on the house despite getting half the proceeds. Had my lawyer have me pay the capital gains tax bill and they would pay half the tax. They lied and never did. I also incurred the 28k late tax bills because they did not reply to emails or calls for 7 months. I took my older daughter to California Pizza Kitchen to advise funding college would be tough, she drafted a document I physically assaulted her when we went to CPK. I went over and set up the cable at my X's to help, she bought me lunch. Kelly filed a document i was harassing her. She took my business taxes that reported a 220k loss and reported it as a profit to change child support. That cost me 5k in legal fees. There is more. She is not a ethical lawyer who is trying to peacfully end a painful divorce. She is trying to put money in her pocket and I have reported her to the bar. You should too.
