I don’t usually write reviews, I always try to be patience, I understand they busy and that immigration is not working as fast as we would like. I pay 400 dolllars for my brother and just so they can see our papers, they just told me I had to wait for a response for my I 90. We waited and got the answer, it was a negative answer, I proceed to call them and let them know. It took weeks to Get a call back, when I finally get a hold with them, they were just send me the letter through email and they will call me back to explain me how to proceed . I did what they told me, a week pass and nothing. I called them two times no answer. Email Was sent on April 10 and we are may still no answer. I gave up ! They not good terrible costumer service I won’t recommended this service to No one.

Very unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. They asked me to make advance payment for consultation. I made an appointment and paid for consultation. But when I reach there on my appointment time, the attorney there says his pet is sick and has to go back home. Not to mention I was there in break from my work. I also work 9-5 like them. I was like what? Then they put me on call with some lady from Miami for consultation. The lady gives me brief info for 10 minutes and says that is it. Not to mention, the fee I paid for consultation was very expensive, paid $200 to talk to a lady on phone for 10 min. She also told me the fee they charge for the law service that I wanted. The fee is ridiculously high compared to any other law firm around for that service. Very disappointed. If this is what they do in consultation how can I trust them with my case. Worst experience of law firm. They are not law firm, they are rip off firm.

I started my case with them 5 years ago and they were good but they started changing lawyers, my green card arrived today and I know it because I had to check my case on my own, until this time they haven't called me to say that my case is approved and every time I make an appointment I have to wait like an hour or more even if I call to let them know I'm minutes away form the office,wouldn't recommend them anymore
