On Tuesday, May 28, 2024 I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Emmett B. Irwin, P.C. to determine based on the seriousness of my present health issues and symptoms (as well as foreseeable long term symptoms) if I would qualify for SS Disability Insurance at this time. Being self-employed as a full time Realtor for 29 years and after reviewing my Earnings Record for the last 10 years and what I paid in (or was Taxed for Social Security and Medicare in these last 10 years) Mr. Irwin determined I would not qualify for SS Disability Insurance (no matter how sick I am).
