I got their information from a family friend who had used their services in the past. They came highly recommended so I decided to use them for my personal injury following a bad car accident. But my experience has been mediocre at best. Today, after 4+ months of litigation, I was expressing disappointment with a few things regarding an outcome in my case, when I was told by my attorney that if I didn't like her services I could seek another attorney. Who says that to someone who they are working on behalf of?? This is not the first time that she has been rude to me, as the other times I just let it go and said maybe she was having a bad day. I've given her tons of grace, but after this, I am done. As a professional myself, I cannot imagine speaking to a client or customer in such a manner. I'm disappointed. I'm sure there are other great attorneys there, but my experience here was not great. I absolutely adore Rep Julie Johnson and all that she does here in our state. She takes care of people and I know she would want the same to be happening in her law office as well, but for me I don't feel like it did.
