Joshua is very very knowledgeable and knows what to do even in edge cases. We did not end up needing to file a certain package so they were professional and honest enough to refund the money back to me after I had already paid them for it. I am very happy and satisfied in terms of communication. They answer all my questions in a timely manner and with full detail. They are always open and allow me to ask as many questions as needed.
