I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the representation my friend received from attorney John Noonan. From the very beginning, it was clear that his main priority was making money off of my friend's case, rather than providing a fair and just defense. He overcharged my friend and continuously asked for more money throughout the 2-year long case. Not only did he fail to provide a fair defense, but he and his secretary Pepsi were extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. They never returned phone calls and failed to file necessary motions in a timely manner. It seemed as though they had no interest in actually helping their clients, but rather just collecting their money. To make matters worse, after 2 years of inadequate representation, John Noonan suddenly quit and left my friend without an attorney in the middle of his court case. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and commitment to his clients. To add insult to injury, he failed to communicate important changes in the case, such as when the courts switched judges, which greatly affected my friend's right to a fair defense. It is clear that John Noonan does not prioritize the well-being of his clients and instead chooses to act in his own self-interest. I would never recommend anyone to hire this incompetent and greedy lawyer to defend them in court. It is evident that they are more concerned with making a profit than providing quality legal services. In my opinion, John Noonan and his secretary Pepsi are nothing but crooks and should face consequences for their unprofessional and unethical behavior. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and find a different attorney who actually cares about their clients.
