This firm originally contacted me which should've been a red flag. I would not recommend them. They are not responsive once you've signed all the paperwork, they don't answer the phone or any questions through email and always ask you to "schedule" an appointment with the attorney, just to get an answer to simple questions. The attorney I was assigned to was dishonest from the beginning.

This guy is a joke. He’s not an attorney, he’s a used car salesman. I didn’t even have an opportunity to discuss my case with him but I’ve gotten plenty of marketing text and emails. The first thing his office wants to do is send you “free” books but doesn’t want to talk to the prospective clients. Find a real attorney not a clown in a bow tie.
