So today I had a consultation with Mr. J Paul Nelson (my first ever visit with an attorney) regarding child visitation rights. I was definitely impressed as he freely gave up an hour and a half of his time (no fee) to clearly and patiently explain how the process would work, what the potential timeline would be, point out items in my divorce paperwork that I had never considered and so much more. I never felt rushed and he allowed me to ask all the questions I could think of. In the end, he said I may want to consider hiring another attorney closer to the county my case would be held, but would be happy to represent me if I chose to use him. Overall, his advice was priceless, and although I AM considering other options, I won’t hesitate to hire him if I feel he’s the best fit for my case. Thank you Mr. Nelson for making me feel more comfortable with proceeding with what has been a difficult decision for me!

Do NOT use this lawyer. Him and his assistant are horrible about answering the phone and will get absolutely nothing done. They are crooked too. There is plenty of stuff online about them. Do your research. I would recommend Rusty Phenix downtown.
