I moved to Texas in late 2014 from Tennessee, (my case settled in February of 2015) my attorney in TN had managed to get my case back on the docket, after I was sabotaged by a disgruntled friend who stole my mail which had the announcement for my hearing in it and so I missed my 1st hearing because of this I then decided I needed an attorney in TN, then circumstances forced me to move in with family in Texas so I began looking for a Texas attorney, at the time Gerry was in practice with Ms. Ward, and they had an ad in the phone book a big ad it grabbed my attention.
