Told me I had a decent case to get me to re-up the retainer to the tune of $2,500, then later told me he had been confusing my case with somebody else's, convinced me to take a deal, and promised to use the overpayment of retainer money to pay the fine. Months passed and he didn't pay the fine and now a CA agency's collectors are harrassing me. This guy is an uber douche; he totally ruined my life and still hasn't paid the fine in full as promised. Oh yeah, he's having "cash flow issues".
