My father in law contacted them right after my mother in law was in a car accident, we set up an appointment for the following day. Not sure the name of the employee who had communication with my father in law but I was so upset to hear what your employee told him. We decided to cancel the initial appointment bc we were referred to another law firm, your employee told my father in law that he wishes us the best in our case but we won’t be able to go back to Domingo Garcia law firm if we decide not to go with the other lawyer in a very arrogant way. I wish I had it in recording, that is not the way to treat people. Once I find out the name of this “assistant “ I can definitely Let you know the time and date of this call.
