It’s my pleasure to write this review regarding the support and legal representation I received from Diana Simms I happen to be a business owner and I’ve read the reviews here. I understand we all strive for 100% five star reviews, but that’s not reality. Two years ago, I found myself in a serious legal situation. I interviewed several attorneys and chose Diana. I felt Diana had a combination of legal experience, trial experience, toughness, and compassion with empathy about my situation. I’m more than happy to write that I made the right choice. Diana got my situation dismissed. I’ll never be able to thank her enough times for what she did for me. I had so many ups and downs through this process, and she was always there with the right legal expertise, but also emotional support to keep my head up because there were times I was ready to give up. These situations are daunting to your life and the people around you. She was amazing from an operational and emotional support standpoint. Very unprofessional. Paid to go to trail. Never heard from her up until the trial date where I asked if she would like to get with my witnesses and come up with a game plan for trial. She told me she was sick with pneumonia and influenza A and that it would get reset. Had scheduled work off but decided to go in because it was going to be “reset”. After texting multiple days and no response I had to call up court and they informed me that I did have court (the next day). We went to court unprepared and she showed up late (every other time she did also) and screamed at the judge that she had pneumonia and couldn’t talk. Mind you she is screaming. The judge told her it wouldn’t get reset without a Dr. note. Unbelievably, somehow she couldn’t come up with one, so they proceeded with trail. I ended up taking plea deal because I didn’t feel confident, having never had a meeting about trail. She told me she was ready to go, which completely contradicted what she had told the judge “I can’t do a trail today”. After this I decided I couldn’t trust her with my freedom and settled. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and further research an attorney who will fight for their clients and also communicate with them. WASTE OF MONEY. Find someone reputable.

I have known attorney Sims for many many years less they close over 14 and she has defended several family members and close friends over the years but this time the situation was a lot different for me because she was defending my 16-year-old son, who during the time of being arrested he turned 17 shortly after. He was Going against a murder, attempted murder and aggravated assault. the situation was crazy. I bonded my baby out three times in one of those bonds with half $1 million. Imagine the judge took his bond and gave bond revoke. Let me tell you one thing I can say every single time miss attorney Sims is representing anybody that I know the case was dismissed. she did her damn thing this time with this one right here cause my son‘s cases all 3 got dismissed . Every story different my son is 23 and he’s home now even though it took many years, God is a good God and attorney Sims will pray with you and for you. She truly loves her clients. She goes above and beyond in The seem like sometimes she moving slow and her communication takes long but she’s always strategic in her approach to the defense so Don’t let the other people opinion fool you see really gifted and she a beast in the court
