Worst experience of my life David is unprofessional, inexperienced and rude. My husband was detained with immigration for 6 months David Haro did nothing he was scared in court had no knowledge of what he was doing. He failed to turn in my husbands pardon and other documents that we asked him to show the judge to be able to prove my husbands innocence. All David Haro did was reschedule courts for 6 long months he was negative the whole time saying he didn’t think he would get the pardon approved and could not prove hardship totally different from when we paid him. He had no empathy, Our family went through hell in this process we almost lost our home we lost our truck our kids got sick from all the stress and you he did nothing you you failed to do your job. When the judge finally told us we couldn’t keep rescheduling courts or my husband would be deported we knew we needed to get a different attorney that actually cared and knew what he was doing. So we got rid of David Haro and hired Mr Millán this was the best decision I made. Mr Millán was able to lower the standard, prove my husbands innocence, prove extreme hardship, get my husband out in just 20 days and reunite our family. He did everything you weren’t able to do. To you this was just another case but to me it was my family my life my everything. It’s so sad to see how you just take money from your clients and not fight for them.
