DO NOT hire if you're Politically Conservative! Working with this law firm was the worst experiences I have ever gone through. Very expensive! I would get charged over 3 years for asking for updates and where were we at with the cases. Ethan Timmins was my attorney and it was like he was actively working for the opposing counsel. Very lazy! My case was strung along for years. In my hearing Mr. Timmins allowed false evidence to be entered into the record without objection. I did not win one battle! I received no justice! I am motivated to write a book about this experience. I DO NOT recommend!

Update…I had posted a good review, but I would like to rescind it, as things they promised they were going to do in my case weren’t actually done. Motions weren’t filed that they promised to file, and their stories weren’t congruent when asking them about it. I’m confident that truth will come out in time and that they will be held accountable for their actions, but I would discourage anyone from working with them in the meantime. They also brag about having close relationships with people the court deems as ‘third party experts,’ but it’s all a game. Hopefully, victims of abuse will one day get the justice that they are seeking. BTW, most victims aren’t even seeking justice, but for the abuse to stop. They only profit if the abuse continues.

As I started my divorce journey, in 2019, I was assigned Ethan Timmins. Ethan has stood beside me in my most uncertain and some of the most difficult times in my life, without hesitation. I am a single mother that has had a really bad experience with this firm. I have decided to let Ethan’s representation go. He had a pattern of pressuring me into agreeing with terms and then not filing in contempts on multiple offenses concerning the custody and temporary custody agreement. He also lied about his contacts in TX as I agreed to have my 2 years old daughter go to visit her father with the confidence that Ethan knew a Private Investigator there, for months he confirmed the PI was set, then the night before my daughter was to fly out he sent an email that his contact did not have TX coverage. Be Aware.

Because of this firm, specifically Ethan Timmins, I can sleep at night knowing my daughters will be ok. After a four day trial, I got sole legal custody of my daughters. I don’t know how much I can post publicly about the details of my high conflict case, however I will say that, my marriage and custody battle were traumatic for me and I don’t know how I could’ve gotten through it without Mr. Timmins.
