To be fair i hired this firm with unreasonable expectations. So I decided to withdraw,got an itemized list of services and charges performed, I assumed they would gouge me however I was wrong, it was very reasonable and fair. As well as the withdrawal meeting was friendly and personable. They asked me how they could make me happy. I said I would like the remainder of my retainer back quickly before the 30 days stated in our contract. They are making that happen within a week from my withdrawal and I couldn't be happier. I feel that really does speak to this integrity.if they didn't care they would have kept my money for 30 days.

Horrible service. I started off with a lawyer who said we could get everything I was asking for in the divorce. Communication was great and very thorough. Without notice, they switched me to a different lawyer. The new lawyer missed our consultation call and I had to follow up four times to get the initial meeting. She said she'd update me once she heard back from the opposing council. It's now been a MONTH and I haven't gotten a single update, in spite of many attempts to get one. I got a call back from the paralegal who charged me just to ask what I was wanting an update on (I had already given that information to the receptionist). I still haven't received an update. I called SEVEN times this morning trying to get an answer. I was transferred to another client, then to a power company. After an hour and 20 minutes of calling and getting transferred to the wrong people, the receptionist said she'll have someone call me back about canceling/getting a refund. She said if someone doesn't call me back by this afternoon, give them a call back. This has been an awful experience. I was told they'd get me everything I was asking for. Once I got the new lawyer I never ask for, I was told they can try to get everything I was asking for but it's highly unlikely. They originally told me this process should be done by May, now the timeline keeps getting pushed back. I'm flabbergasted by how they seem to lie to all of their clients and take advantage of people in bad situations. I would not recommend this law firm to ANYONE under any circumstances. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever faced.

I was looking for a consultation without being charged extra fees for it, and when I searched up for free consultation and this was among the firms that popped up. What I liked about this firm is they are open on the weekends if you still want to meet up with a consultant without feeling the pressure to take time off during the week. I was able to set up a call for a weekend appointment. I believe her name was Irene, who made the process easy for me. It has wheelchair accessibility if I'm not wrong & plenty of parking. I gave it a 4 star only because the weekend doesn't have a lot of working staff and the receptionist has to be the one to come open the door for you. A weekend security guard would be ideal for such a huge building. The receptionist, I believe her name was Lillian or Lydia, was welcoming & professional. She offered me coffee, and made the sign in process smooth. My consultant, Jessica, explained my situation and gave me ease with my process. They are willing to work with your financial situation, and hopefully, when I'm at a good place financially, I see no reason why I should look elsewhere.

No stars. I deposited $1500 to have a foreclosure stopped on my property. I spoke to one person and told her I needed this done asap. I never heard back from anyone from that office. I had to hire another atty at the last minute to help and she was able to stop the foreclosure in 3 days. I got an email today informing me if a refund of $37. Lmao Wheres the other $1463? Never again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, specifically with Deborah Coleman. I paid nearly $6,000 over 8 months, yet they failed to provide any tangible progress or evidence of work on my case. When I confronted them, they admitted they didn’t know what to do with my case but continued charging me regardless. After numerous follow-ups, they offered to refund only $1,000, despite failing to demonstrate any meaningful work. When I requested documentation of any work performed, they couldn’t provide a single piece of evidence. I ultimately had to involve my credit card company to prevent further unauthorized charges. If you are considering hiring this firm, be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
