Be prepared to be treated like less than a human being if you are contacted by this firm for a debt. Be prepared to be interrupted and talked down to even when you are willing and compliant to pay the debt. I understand people in this line of work have a lot of stress dealing with afraid and angry people, but that doesn't mean we deserve to be treated poorly. I ended up with my debt because I became disabled and lost my job, not because I was too lazy or negligent to pay what I owe. Being treated like I'm stupid and evil for this is just salt in an already deep, gaping wound. Until recently I was paying for my meals at the dollar store using nickles. Anyone can end up with debt going to a collector, and most of the time it's because of unfortunate circumstances. I don't really know what I'm trying to get out of writing this review. I guess I hope someone who works here sees this and considers retraining staff to have more kindness and compassion for the people on the other side of all this. But what do I know, this place deals with mostly landlords and retail based debt, so they're plenty used to kicking the impoverished while they are down and seeing us as a means for profit.

Myriam Arreola has been helping me since August of 2024. She has been so kind and patience with me, so very helpful as well. She definitely deserves a good raise with how hard of a worker she is. Myriam always goes above and beyond and makes me feel heard through the whole process, I was excited to pay my bill every month, knowing I would get to talk with Myriam.

Listen, I do not know what the other reviews are talking about but Ms. Priscilla and Ms. Cecila helped me out so much! Ms. Priscilla got my debt down by 50% and was very helpful and was not rude at all. She got some imperative paperwork sent to me within minutes and helped me through my whole process! GOD BLESS those ladies!

I give them No Star's. Mr Brian Jones is rude, unprofessional. He is a supervisor. He hung up on me and when I asked to speak to him , he had it go to voicemail. This is not the way to conduct business nor speak to a Client. Shame on you. In order to post I had to give them a Star.

I was called by a Miss Jackson or Miss Johnson initially, she was insanely aggressive. She was yelling, interrupting me and would quite literally not answer any questions I had. She kept saying “I’ll tell the attorney to proceed”, not even sure what that means. Refused to send me over any documents and just seriously yelled the whole time. Eventually after letting her know that she needs a new job away from people I was contacted by Ms. Patton, who was a breath of fresh air. She was patient, understanding and able to talk with me without acting like a child. My issue was immediately resolved after we spoke and I’ve had no issues since. If I had not had to experience Miss Jackson/Johnson, whatever her name is then my review would’ve been much higher. I thought that they were a fake company in my first few interactions, it was that bad.
