Anthony Morrow's caught my attention because his fee was the cost of the ticket. I sent him the cost of the ticket and court fees, he agreed to represent my son with high confidence that he'd get the ticket reduced, waived, etc. and would keep my payment as his fee. If he was unsuccessful, he would submit my payment to the court and get nothing himself. He was very responsive the whole time, despite many delays caused by COVID.
