If you have criminal charges and the odds are stacked against you there's no better attorney than Nick Benjamin. In my case the state had some pretty damaging charges stacked against me, and I mean stacked. Didn't want to take a plea deal and ever lawyer I spoke with didn't want to represent me because of my previous history and how bad the charges was against me. So I settled with a court appointed attorney which happened to be Nick Benjamin. Told him the story about what happened, never once did he judge me. you could see the wheels turning, he was only thinking about how he could get me out the severe trouble I was in. Not one time did he try to talk me into a plea deal. he wanted to go to court with me and do a jury trial and he was totally confident with it, never once did he beat around the bush. When in the jury trial the man was totally unfazed by the opposing party and brought the charisma to the courtroom. everybody circled around this guy, the man's magnetic. Out of eight charges against me four of them was found not guilty and the four other four got dismissed two months later and that's with him being a court-appointed attorney. I can't imagine what he would do if I was to have paid him any sort of money. Sometimes it's not what you know it's who you know and this is the guy you need to know if want to win. I'll hire him in the future and I'd recommend them to anybody else.

After talking to different attorneys, I chose Mr. Benjamin to represent me and I am glad I did. He showed great professionalism and made sure that my case was solved with the best outcome for me. Mr. Benjamin attempted to help me, but the defendant wouldn't accept any certified mail. He made recommendations for me that will give me the consequences I want for the defendant, but won't cost several thousand dollars. I have found Mr. Benjamin to be straightforward, honest, and kind. Even though he spent time on letters, he is not charging me for any of his activities since he felt he was not able to provide a usable result. I highly recommend him if you need legal services, and will certainly use him again if I need such.

I would highly recommend Mr. Benjamin Words cannot explain how thankful I am to have met Mr. Benjamin. I was in a lot of hot water definitely going to prison for a long time . After hiring 3 different lawyers my own lawyer at the time suggested that I hired Mr. Benjamin.
