I called to inquire about a consult regarding my potential consumer rights case. Alex reached back out to me and although he said that he was at full client capacity (which means he definitely makes sure he has enough time for his clients) he allowed me to give him a quick pitch of what I am dealing with. He really provided me with valuable insight and encouragement when it comes to my situation even though he knew he had nothing to gain.
