I thought he was going to be a decent lawyer because he was willing to work with me on payments to represent my husband. 3 weeks goes by of me paying him I get no call backs every time I called, I received no kind of updates on what was going on. Then he proceeded to try to tell me he didn't receive a notice of my husband's court date which was yesterday. I was supposed to be picking my husband up yesterday evening but Mr. Fouche never showed up to represent my husband. I do not recommend him. He is a sorry excuse of a lawyer I had better luck with a public defender than I did him. At least Thomas O'Donnell called me back the same day or the next day.

Mr. Fouche is not.a competent attorney. He avoids clients, doesn't return calls, and basically takes money to do nothing. He may give the false appearance of meaning well but has no relevant connections and is a lazy attorney. He may respond to this quickly but couldn't quickly perform the simplest of task for me. I had to hire another lawyer and am now free by the grace of God. There are levels to lawyers & he is at the very bottom. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who really cares...

He’s doing the same thing to us right now with my husbands case. Every time we call to talk to him, a different person answers the phone and he NEVER calls us back to give us an update on the case. It’s been over a year since talking to him and the last time we even heard anything about the case was the day we paid for his services. If anyone else has gone through this please email me. I’d be highly interested to know how many other people this wanna be lawyer has taken advantage of. Update: Somehow this review was erased. Its funny how he stated he had no idea who we were yet called us after this initial review went up and told us some bull about he's still waiting to here from the courts and that conversation happened in june of 2023. After that we haven't heard anything, the review got erased and he is still dodging our calls. We can't even get in touch with office personnel because he apparently uses a call center to filter his phone calls. All this guy is going to do is take your money and then not do anything to help you. Save your time and find a different lawyer because he won't do anything for you.

I hired Mr.Fouche for a speeding ticket that would have gone on my record and points on my license that fell under the super speeder law. Mr Fouche was able to get it dismissed and I only had to pay a fine , now my license is clean and my auto insurance won't go up. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend him.
