I agree with Jennifer. She was hired to settle an estate and would not return calls or communicate in any form. I called for 3 days and was finally promised a call, of course I did not receive it. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for representation.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst representation for a probated estate case ever. Would NEVER return calls or emails and finally decided to resign/dismiss herself from the case for no reason leaving us to find new representation. In addition her office continued to spell my name incorrectly on all legal documents and keep mailing such documents to an incorrect address.

It started out great but after the 6 month mark then I began to get very difficult to get a hold of her. When you call its always " she is court or she is out to lunch or she just isnt in today" its always something. Email after email after email requesting an update and nothing. Then when you show ip in her office unannounced, then its owe I meant to get back to you, oh your emails are going to the spam folder. This is ridiculous, this woman is supposed to be a lawyer and she cant even keep up with her emails or phone calls. Something needs to be done with this.

The process started out great, until a certain paralegal left the office, after which things quickly took a turn for the worse. All of our dealings thereafter were completely unprofessional with terribly slow response times; it was not out of the ordinary to wait two weeks or more for an email reply. If I did not reach out to the office and request updates myself, I was left completely in the dark. Several times, I requested copies of documenation via email to no avail. Upon calling the office and advising of who I was, I was put on hold and then told no one was in the office to speak with me. I eventually went online, located and paid for the documentation myself, just to be finished dealing with Mrs. Kilgore's office.
