UPDATE: Danny I appreciate your efforts in reaching out last week and apologizing for the terrible communication and mishaps that happened within your firm. When you said you would take a look at my case in exchange for me taking the review down it just didn’t feel right. It felt like you just wanted the review down because LAX airport is most definitely in California’s jurisdiction. Either way the constant calls, voicemails and emails asking when I would take it down and sending links also felt like harassment. Like I said in my last email best of luck to you and your team but I will not be taking this review down. People should know the truth. I am very disappointed after being being highly recommended to this firm for my case. You're guaranteed a phone call evaluation after making an inquiry and then filling out their intake form they request from you before a conversation. I received an email Jan 6th about how my claims have value and they want to have a phone conversation on Jan 8th about potentially working with me and so on. Long story short I had to reach out to them via email about me not receiving the call which received no response as well. Then I called yesterday Jan 16th to check in and say hey I filled out the forms and never received my call and the kind gentleman on the phone even said that's usually not what happens. He then apologized and said I'll make sure you receive the call today. No call was made and I was sent an email less than an hour ago stating that they're not interested in the case anymore and that they only accept a small amount of clients. I could be wrong but this email gave me the impression that I was all of a sudden turned down just for calling in and complaining. Either way this was unprofessional to me after hearing such great things about their character and their success rate.
