I signed a contract for my EB-2 NIW case, had only three brief calls, and paid $4350. Despite requesting a refund as per the contract, the company refused, citing it as 'non-refundable.' When I asked to discuss it further, they told me to schedule a 30-minute call for $250. Their actions are deceptive and fraudulent. Beware!

First of all, they sold me on the EB-1 as my only solution when I actually would have had an easy time getting the O1 (artist visa). They said I couldn't qualify for the O1 visa which was not true. Well why would they say that? More money for them. They screwed up my EB-1 application in 2020 by insisting on including an award nomination as part of the evidence for the 'award(s) won criterion' which pissed the officer off to such an extent that the case was a given failure henceforth. The package they put together was over 400 pages long and it was a total mess-- with many duplicates and evidence in the wrong sections. Her team back in 2020 was hard to get on the phone, unpleasant, and clearly uninterested in doing a good job, which shows their total lack of awareness and understanding of the times we live in. Don't waste your hard earned money with them, and do due diligence before choosing any solicitor.

I haven’t feel connected working with Natasha or any other associates, they r sweet when they wanna take payment, Natasha submitted another person documents in my file , and on the time of RFE she refused to submit my file if I don’t pay post fees of $80 assap, they r commercial, they don’t care if u get ur visa or no, I had to leave the country being out of status by trusting Kate Raynor , biggest mistake of my life choosing them for O1 I need my payment bk, they r not polite at all, they work only through mail, u can’t reach out with ur phone, no personal touch at all

It was a really smooth process through out working with Kate Raynor & Associates. Lissette was assigned to my case and without a doubt she answered all my questions (even the silly ones). 😅 She was always super patient and guided me every step of the way. My application of green card through marriage was submitted March 28th, 2024 and got approved August 21st, 2024. Only took about 5 months!

I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to Natasha, Ruby, and the remarkable team at Raynor & Associates! I can not recommend them highly enough for their exemplary service during my visa process. Natasha's expertise and dedication made what could have been a stressful journey incredibly smooth. She is professional, efficient, and hard working. Natasha consistently prioritized my needs, providing support and prompt responses to my inquiries. I made the decision early on to leave Natasha and the team the highest praise they deserve, regardless of the outcome. They have truly gone above and beyond. I highly recommend Raynor & Associates to anyone in search of exceptional immigration assistance!!
