Kubosh Law at Off the Record online site went beyond expectations from my initial call 3 days before my Court date. I was experiencing medical concerns and requested an extension which was submitted to the Court on Friday and granted for the Monday Court date! I was extended 3 months and continued my VA medical pursuits. A week before the Court date my condition worsened and was granted another extension. Paul Kubosh’s Team worked tirelessly on the additional documentation necessary to complete these extensions which is over & above the normal requirements for a non moving violation. I arrived at Court #7 on the Court date and was greeted by the Law Teams representatives. Approximately an hour later the decision to Dismiss my Case was concluded and I met with Paul’s representative at the front of the Courtroom where my Documentation was provided. I would definitely refer anyone receiving a Traffic Violation in and around the Houston area to contact Paul Kubosh at Off the Record website. From the time I contacted till the confirmation that I was being Represented for the Violation was about 3 hrs. This is due to the organized Office Support Team! Please go ahead and choose Kubosh law. I guarantee you’d be happy!! I was so glad to find Kubosh Law from Off the record. It was easiest in communicating via app and email. They even helped me to reschedule my court day so quickly so that I can take an emergency trip to help my sick mother overseas. All I needed to do was just to show up at the court on my scheduled date. I was in the first group to be called in front of the judge and was told my case has been dismissed. I have use this law firm to represent me and my family numerous of times but it never fails that the agents that answer the phone are always rude and obnoxious towards the defendant/customer that’s trying to get assistance. I would be place on hold for hours everytime I would call til the firm closed and the automated system would begin to reject the calls sending them to a voicemail. All around TERRIBLE over the phone service from the agents but the actual lawyers employed by the law firm are very skilled.

I am extremely disappointed with Kubosh Law Firm. The attorney did not make any argument on my behalf—he simply presented a deferred payment option for $259 without any real defense or effort. The police officer who issued the violation was not even present, so my ticket should have been dismissed. I was left speechless, feeling completely unsupported and as if the attorney was not on my side. I expected legal representation that would advocate for me, but instead, I felt like just another transaction. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for genuine legal defense.
