Extremely unprofessional behavior from Vang and her legal assistant. When forms I had asked them to review so I could submit them (this was the entire reason I hired them) was kicked back for errors, I asked what would be the best way to utilize the services for which I had paid for. The response? To ask the courthouse for questions about form submission. I was genuinely baffled at the complete lack of professionalism and cannot believe they thought it okay to respond to a clients question for help by telling them to look elsewhere because it "wasn't their job". I cannot stress enough that when searching for legal assistance you look literally anywhere else.
