I’ve been working with Melody and Ron for many years. I can’t tell you how many transactions me and my family have done with them because I lost count years ago. After all these years I can’t believe it’s taking this long to write this review sorry guys. They certainly deserve it because they’re always available, responsive and assist with the banks, sellers and buyers the same way every time with the same results A happy client. I’ve had many closings that to say the least didn’t have the easiest sellers to deal with but Ron and Melody have their way of killing people with kindness or showing them their skills as an attorney making it all work out in the end. I have the upmost confidence in any deal that they have anything to do with that I am in good hands and they’re always looking out for my best interest and would never allow a deal to go through that wasn’t in my benefit. In some deals Ron was able to catch things before it became a problem making it a faster easier closing. The attention to detail is second to none every i is dotted and every T is crossed. Thank you for all you’ve done for our family.
