Working with Max at KKOS has been really exceptional! He really has gone the extra mile and answered little questions we have had in our efforts to get organized. It's been great having directed IRA kind of tied to KKOS because things flow smoothly and seamlessly, and it's less for the customer to ultimately worry about, rather, leaving them to focus on understanding their new venture. Max has been very generous with his time and we haven't felt like we are being billed for every second we spend with him, as one can often feel when working with lawyers. I would highly recommend KKOS and Max in particular.

**Updated review: after leaving review I was contacted by KKOS through email and they offered to make this right which I accepted. They filed the amendment with the state corporation commission and this is now complete. Thank you KKOS Hired them to have me removed from an LLC owned by me and my brother. They required payment upfront which I paid. 2 months later I was still listed on the AZ corp commission website as owner of the LLC. I contacted KKOS and they assured me it was all complete. 6 months later I was still listed on AZ corp commission site as an owner so I recontacted KKOS. They said the AZ paper work was never filed and they would be happy to do that for an additional costs. I offered them a chance to make it right and never heard from them again so now I'm filing the paperwork myself. Thanks KKOS for taking my money and ghosting me!

Save time and money and do not use this company. They are great if you don't need anything. We needed to domesticate our PLLC from one state to another due to a personal move. We paid the fee in January of 2024. In May we were told that the new state doesn't ever allow PLLCs...this is the entire reason we hired a lawyer in the first place, so stupid mistakes would NOT be made. But we went ahead and paid a second fee to domesticate the company as an LLC. I kept contacting them in August, September and October to see if the domestication went through. They were always short and rude in the replies and told me to wait. I finally hired an attorney in the new state and found out that they had never even filed!!!! I just found out today, 11 months after starting the process, that they did not even file the paperwork to close the company in the original state. They took two full fees and effectively did nothing. I have had to file everything myself after JOHN PAUL SHERRATT extremely rude. Save yourself time and money and find another firm. The you tube videos are good though.
