Pat kinnally is a total scumbag lawyer. I approached kinnally about a federal lawsuit which kinnally allegedly was bribed by merrill lynch whom i was suing, Ultimately my case wax settled after several rounds in Federal court by an ethical attorney Recently i decided to confirm how unethucal kinnally operates in tbat i approached him with the fact my neighbor, whom is a licensed contractor had illegally built a driveway on my property. Kinnaly once again , after several days in which obviuosly once again took another bribe, told me i had no case. Once i have no doubt i will prevail in justice . On a personal note kinnally is a wierd person. If in fact all lawyers do take bribes like kinnally there are no lawyers in heavan, thsnk God.
