I got a ticket for a cell phone in my hand as a semi truck driver. Attorney Kevin Holt and his staff got the ticket dismissed in court. I was stopped at a traffic light and looking at Google Earth to see if I could safely get my semi into a parking lot for Harbor Freight. It didn't matter what reason, because I was getting a ticket with a couple more items that were supposed to be dot violations that were absolutely false. Be careful in Kennewick, there's a somewhat delusional officer writing tickets for cell phone usage at traffic lights and delusional violations of dot regulations.

He never fought, acted like it wasn't in his best interest to fight. Kevin's loyalty to Benton County highly questionable. Bowed his head, looking at the floor, as he stood next to his client in court. No stars.
