The whole experience was great. Mr. Rannick's staff greated me at the door intrduced herself. She then offered me a seat and asked if I would like something to drink? I told her I was fine she said she would be right back. True to her word she was back in less than five minutes and showed me into an office. She gave me a folder that was mine to keep and some pages I needed to complete and sign..she told me copies of all of these were in the file I was to keep. I was to bring these pages to her at the front desk when completed..this only took a few minutes. I returned them to her. She told me she would send in Mr. Rannink's legal assistant to start my interview. She came right in after just a couple of minutes. Both of these ladies were very personable with great people skills and an overall welcoming personality. They made me feel very comfortable. We went over a few questions and when she had what was needed she wished me a pleasant day and said she would send Mr. Rannick in. Mr. Rannick came right in he was a very nice and kind gentleman who put me at ease right away. I must admit I had been rather nervous about this meeting. I have not sought this kind of advice before. He looked at my paperwork and gave me some options. I didn't know I had any. He patiently explained several things to me that I had no idea about. It was wonderful to find out that I had choices! He didn't talk over my head we sat and talked for about an hour. It was an eye opening experience and by the time I left I had decided this was not my best choice just now.. Mr. Rannick is a very kind, wise man and of great benefit to the community he serves. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs or even thinks they might need assistance with Bankruptcy.
