As I traveled down Fulton toward downtown Grand Rapids I found the office building was easy to locate. I was pleased to find private parking right next to the front entry. Upon entry i was impressed by the beautiful renovated historic interior and was greeted by a polite and pleasant receptionist. I quickly met Sarah (paralegal) in a private room and then introduced to Greg (attorney). They were both polite and respectful which made this very difficult to go to process so much easier to bare. The entire process including fees required were explained fully and there were no surprises along the way. I felt just as valued as would any other consumer with other legal services would. Emails and calls were responded to quickly along with respectful and knowledgeable answers to questions. Meetings were on time and not long and drawn out.
