This firm was listed in my employer provided legal plan as a firm that could assist with real estate matters, including deeds. I requested help reviewing a quitclaim deed to grant me the area for a proposed patio addition on my home- I provided every input for this form, I just wanted a lawyer to "bless" it. I was told they couldn't take on such a complex request. The firm should consider removing Real Estate or Deed assistance from their portfolio if this was too complex.
