First Impression from my phone call = TERRIBLE Gave them a call to ask about being a potential client (I've been told I have a great case by other law firms) and the guy that took my call this afternoon was unhelpful and a pain in the rear to speak with. Sounded lazy, unprofessional and when he answered the phone I told him what my case entails, he told me he didn't hear a thing I said ( I have great diction ) so there I go repeating myself. He was just being a pain in the rear. I had to tell him I think Im reaching a dead end with you, thank you for your time and hung up after his demeanor continued to be more abrasive and unprofessional. A very mediocre experience that I think other potential great clients would want to know before even picking up the phone.
