John J. Gilligan and Michael Sarris are the most unethical attorneys you will ever meet. Sloppy and will expose your unredacted finances and social security numbers of you and your children to the world. The both give attorneys.... especially family law attorneys a bad name. John J. Gilligan will not negotiate at all, plays discover games, and refuses to move the case forward in order to make as much money for himself and his firm as possible. Unethical through and through. Represented my husband, a domestic violence perpetrator, and suggested he take the children away from me on a "stay-cation," to extort property and custodial control. Does not represent the best interests of the children at all. Please do not use him if you love your children. Great if you want to waste money on both sides, make no progress on your divorce and have your children be interrogated by DCSF. After he suggests your children be taken away, he has them interviewed and traumatized by DCSF -- it's terrible. He cost our family $155,000 and made no progress on our case with a second attorney to take it over. Avoid at all costs.
