Was referred to Mr. Zellmer by a friend. Very poor communication skills on his part. He treated me with disrespect and was rude when asked questions. Not a nice person. I come to find out from other attorneys that he charged me twice to three times the ordinary cost for my legal help. Very dissatisfied with his performance. I would not recommend this attorney. His paralegal, Sunny, though, was respectful, thoughtful and kind. I wish she had been the attorney rather than Zellmer

Came here a couple years ago and saw this gentleman (I believe, it could have been another older male attorney who works here) for help changing the gender marker on my drivers license. After going in fully prepared knowing the laws and having all the appropriate letters ready I ended up paying a consultation fee to have him tell me he couldn’t help me, with no reason and no referrals to anyone in Denton who could. Ended up paying a lawyer in Dallas 300$ to have it changed super easily, called her, sent a few emails and showed up at the court date about a month later and it was done. Probably considerably cheaper than I would have paid these guys considering they’ll charge you for a consultation where they don’t do anything helpful when it was a very easy thing for another attorney.
