I'm on the 3m ear plug lawsuit johnson law said they would take 40% of my settlement, when I called to check on my case I was told I'd be getting 4000.00 out of a 10,000 settlement. I'm not a math expert but that don't add up. Make sure you check with someone else and double check your math with your lawyer.
