I was charged in Rockwall with a state jail felony for possession of controlled substance and was looking at potentially 2 years of time as well as a serious blemish on my otherwise spotless history. Being in jail for 4.5 months and seeing over a hundred inmates end up with sentences harsher than they’d expected and never seeing or hearing the whole time of someone beating their case, it would have been easy to lose hope. But Mr. Giofreddi thoroughly kept me up to speed on everything during our visits and his kindness, wisdom and good sense of humor was a much-needed source of motivation to keep my spirits high. The prosecution made an early offer of five years probation when I had been there about a month, which I was tempted to accept because it would get me out of jail and I didn’t expect any potential subsequent offers to be much better. But Mr. Giofreddi encouraged me to tough it out, saying that he was hopeful we could actually beat the case. Well I’m certainly glad I took the advice! As he predicted, against the overwhelming odds against me, he successfully argued to suppress the evidence, thus getting me out of everything! Listening to Mr. Giofreddi cross examine the officer and interact with the judge and district attorney was like listening to a virtuosic musician perform an etude or watching a hall of fame athlete make easy work of a rookie. The cross examination was so persuasive and seemingly damning for the prosecution that I had to fight back a smile a couple times as I watched their pained unraveling. When the judge granted our motion, he said it was only his second time ever to grant dismissal on the grounds we argued. And so with all that considered, I feel like I witnessed a miracle! I had incredible odds against me and hardly had any positive hopes about things before meeting Mr. Giofreddi, but he lifted my spirits and fought to get me a better result than anything I had even dreamt of! I got out that same day with a clean record and a second chance at life! I promised myself I’d keep this review short and sweet, but there are just so many outstanding things to be said that I couldn’t figure out how to condense it! Thank you so much, Mr. Giofreddi, for making all this happen - I am eternally grateful!

John was able to get my DWI case lower to what the prosecutor were giving me first they gave me two options I really wasn't sure about if I really wanted in that, so he went back and ask again the third time was much better deal than the first two, John saved me from so much time and money. I was arrested for DWI in Sept of 2021. I found John Gioffredi on the internet from his stellar reviews and reputation. I spoke with John and a couple other lawyers to try and decide who to hire to represent me. After speaking with everyone, I selected John because of his experience, knowledge, and honesty about my case and the possibilities. It was approximately 6 months after the arrest before my first court meeting was scheduled. After all those months of waiting, I was ready to accept the best plea offered to get this over and move on. John told me to be patient and to be prepared that we might have to go to court to get the best deal. Ultimately, I was hoping to avoid trial. So, I took John's advice and he went to work.....we rejected the first couple of plea deals. I was very nervous continuing to reject each slightly better plea deal (which went against my better judgement) but John convinced me to trust him and continue on. Well, John was right (and of course he was because what do I know). Without going into the details, my case got dismissed in August of 2022 approximately 10 days before it was scheduled to go to court. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I used John for a DWI in 2021-2022 due to covid it lasted a year before I had to go to court. He was very helpful from the start never once did he judge me for my mistakes simply told me the consequences and the steps it would take. He walked me through all the options a month before my court date gave me a couple days to decide and then issued my court date. On the day of my court date, he gave me two options and told me which one would work best for me. Then when I had to go up in front of the Judge, I only got 90-day driver license suspension. I did not have to go to jail or have a breathalyzer in my vehicle. If I would ever get in trouble again (which I won't), I would choose him over and over again. He made this process very easy and calming for me with minimal damage. I recommend you use John Gioffredi if you ever need the best to have your back legally!!
