I had worked with Jodat Law Group on another matter, and knew what a great law firm they were. This time I needed representation in a "Trip and Fall". Do not hire Lee White! He wasted tens of thousands of my dollars and caused permanent damage to my child. Even though I already had a court order giving me Full Custody, White allowed the other parent to drag out the case for 7+ years while billing me for every continuous, court prep, etc. Multiple professionals told White that my child should not have contact with the other parent and there was a Safety Plan from law enforcement and an open criminal investigation against the other parent but White would not let them testify nor did he acknowledge their concerns. As a result of White hiding these facts from the Court, my child was forced to see the violent other parent, and it caused irreversible harm to my child. I had to go back to Court, pro Se, and have the Expert Witnesses testify about what my child had endured. I won my case without White but it had a grave cost.
