Stay away from this attorney. He took my case which was a simple custody case that I already have sole legal and sole physical custody. Mr. Posin was to answer a simple motion requiring more visitation from the other party. Posin asked 5K retainer. I paid no problem, then he asked for another 5K and we hadn't stepped foot into a Courtroom. Covid had us doing virtual. Posin let the opposing counsel run the show. It was not what I paid for. Bottom line is I ended up paying this charlatan 12.5K and was in the exact same place. I ended up finishing the motion in pro-se. Now Posin has put me in collections for another 3K. Damaging my credit because I refuse to be ripped off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY (I use the term loosely).
