His legal assistant, Monika gets back to you immediately and I never felt left in the dust with her and she was so patient to explain things I didn't understand, always took my calls, and most of all she was sympathetic and understanding. He also has a lot of knowledge on landlord-tenant situations, condominium issues, and injury issues. He and his staff are very accessible. and fees are very reasonable also.
