I needed a divorce lawyer, and didn't know anyone except my best friend from another town-who is a very good lawyer. His advice to me was this. "The problem you have in San Antonio is most of the lawyers that take your case will abandon you if you have to go to court. Make sure you ask if they are willing to go to court, if necessary". I saw the Graham Family Law website, reviewed it, and decided to consult with them. Rob Biggers, and I talked. He guaranteed me that if I had to go to court he would be right by my side. I was facing a deposition, enforcement orders, and a hostile attempted takeover of my business by my wife. Rob was with me every step of the way, and his expert handling of my case resulted in only one trip to court. He did his research, and essentially ended my hostile ex-wife, and her bulldog attorneys case. As a result we settled it the first, and only day I had to go to court. No deposition, no enforcement, no linking of any of my business, to the settlement. It was over on day one. I know that you will not always be this fortunate in a divorce case.
