Working closely with James made the difficult and confusing world of litigation easy. The process and procedure were explained well. Questions posed along the way were responded to in a timely fashion - in writing - which is always helpful and frankly alot easier to digest - we are all busy. I would describe James as patient, positive, understanding of the person "not just a client", objective and efficient. James is an excellent guy. I will give an update on when my case is over. So far... I couldn't like James Horne any more than I do. My case is all but over. So I can now give the update: I have had a tough case with the most unprofessional, ruthless, criminal scumbags who are court officers, mental health professionals (yeah right). These people will lie about you, try to annihilate you, your relationship with your kid(s), etc. This includes my own past lawyers (Jeff Guy & Robert booby Stein). Anyway, one man had my (I WAS scared & I don't get scared) back. His name is Mr. James Horne. I'm honestly proud of Mr. Horne. This man is the total package. He's professional, honest, great family man, knowledgeable, hard working. I can't say enough good things about him. Please note, James' father was an award winning school principal in Manatee County. I believe that's where James' foundation lies. James Horne is my friend & there's nothing I wouldn't do for him. If you can hire James Horne, hire him! Because there are some real scumbag lawyers out there. Did I mention Jeff Guy & Robert (booby) Stein? I'm not sure if I mentioned GUY & STEIN. Last, please know you CAN trust James Horne. You cannot trust most of the family lawyers in SRQ. I know, firsthand. James is & was my 5th lawyer. James Horne put 100% effort in my case & was honest/loyal.
