Professional and compassionate 5.0 stars Posted by Martha April 11, 2024 I recently reached out to Jackson and Jackson, almost not expecting a reply because of the insignificance of the claim involved -- only to have Mr. Gary Jackson himself call me within minutes. He not only advised me on how I could handle the claim myself, Mr. Jackson also took the time to educate me on the process involved in submitting my claim and even clarified several points on which I had been misinformed and misled in my conversations with Worker's Compensation. He informed me that, to my surprise, I was actually entitled to a fixed settlement amount in addition to the bare minimum I had been led to believe I could collect. I am certain I never would have learned of this on my own. I am beyond grateful for Mr. Jackson's invaluable counsel, but I find the kindness and respect with which he treated me, knowing he would not be representing me, simply overwhelming. Mr. Gary Jackson is the absolute best in my book, and I highly recommend his firm.

I give one star because Jackson and Jackson never addressed my injuries. All they did was settle my case. Don't believe them when they say your injuries are covered for 6 years after you settle your case. That's a big fat LIE!!

Unresponsive, I started a case with them and haven't heard from them in months. Called and emailed several times and no response from them.. wouldn't recommend
