My experience with Mr. Fuerst was horrible. His name says a lot about him. Everytime I needed him he was on vacation. He didn’t have an assistant who could step in for him and take care of important time sensitive matters like COURT FILINGS, so my ex beat me to the punch on every single filing.He didn’t do discovery early in the case like it should’ve been done so my ex was able to hide money and self employment. He screwed up my mediation day and time so by the time I made it there, an hour across town, my ex, his lawyer and the mediator were all sitting together laughing and getting all chummy! He lied about his fees, he forced me to settle in mediation by telling me i couldn’t afford him in court and that he would no longer represent me if I didn’t settle. All because he probably had another vacation planned that my case would possibly interfere with if prolonged. He’s old, he needs to retire and I wouldn’t recommend Sleepy Jack to anyone. He has no fight left in him cause he sure as hell didn’t put up one for me.
