Not terribly impressed. Had a phone call regarding a business document I was hoping to hire the firm for. Attorney spent the entire call interrupting me, and explaining why he wouldn't take my case. Kept raising issues about why he could not take the case that did not even apply in my situation. Attorneys are not obligated to take cases on, but didn't even try to listen to my situation or figure out how to make it work. May very well do fine work when he agrees to take a case, but as a person who works in a service industry myself, again, I am not impressed.
