I am not a native of Albany, Ga, so I was recommended to this law firm by my lawyer. Overall 10/10 experience. This was my first time going through this experience so at first it was really frustrating to go thru and having to handle this situation as a first timer. Kathryn and Lindsey were amazing! Although the law firm was great as a whole, I would highly recommend Kathryn or Lindsey to handle your business. During my course, I have kept contact with these two lovely ladies. They are very professional and heart filling. You can tell they are not in it just for the job title, but they make sure you feel better during your time in their care no matter what the situation is and gets you what you deserve to the max. I literally broke down to Lindsey in the beginning my emotions because somethings I just didn't understand, I was hurting, etc and she put herself in my shoes and talked to me like she knew me personally, as a friend, as a mom, not just a as a client. Kathryn is a great communicator, she puts you first!! Every time she got news or anything regarding my case, she contacted me immediately, every step of the way! You don't even have to ask her much questions because she makes everything clear and she gets things handled without you even have to say anything!!! I am truly blessed to have been able to work with these ladies and got top priority experience. They did a great job!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!
