There was an unfortunate accident with our son at the hospital shortly after he was born that resulted with him having a traumatic brain injury. Malpractice cases are usually very difficult to pursue. Carter and his team was there every step of the way to make the process as easy as possible for us. Everyone that we spoke with was very empathetic and kind. Carter and his team are always easy to reach when available and very good about returning calls when they are not available. He is very upfront and honest about what to expect and you can rest assured that he has your best interests at heart.
